Missing Slack notifications on UP

We've had a couple of situations where a Slack notification doesn't appear to be sent when an Alert clears.  Has anyone else seen Slack notifications going missing?  Is there any way to see a log of notifications that Site24x7 sends out?

Dear Chip,

    Its unusual that slack didn't receive UP notification. In Site24x7, all alerts are logged in "Alert logs" page which is under Admin tab > Operations > Alert logs. You can cross-check from here. When did you experience that the notifications went missing?
