Once a milestone marker has been created, it shows the comment icon in the graph, however; there is no way to see what the marker is about unless and Admin goes to the Admin -> Milestones page to check.
Would be nice to be able to hover over the milestone comment icon and get a bubble containing the comment to show up so others would know what the marker was added for.

Hi,
Hover over the milestone comment icon will show up the Milestone name and time of creation. However, the comments are missed out. We will include that too. For now, you can give meaningful names/phrases, so that others can easily identify it.
