Does anyone know if Site 24x7 can monitor the Microsoft Message Queue? For example monitor mssq and if the queue is about 5000 send an email.

We don't exclusively monitor the Microsoft Message Queues (MSMQ). But, you can write a plugin and monitor the MSMQ.
