Hi,
The RCA report for internet services monitors and server monitor (after the server is up) will give details on why you had a problem and the meaning for the above mentioned reasons.
You can also get a Network Path Analysis using Traceroute in case of website which gives a visual cue on the route in which the problem occurred. You can read a lot more in this blog.
