Additionally, Site24x7 allows you to remotely create and close tickets from your Site24x7 control panel. The incident tickets are automatically resolved when your service comes back to normal. I am trying to integrate Site24x7 with SDP On-Prem. I followed the instructions but can't make it work. And I don't see any error message so not sure what is happening. I have opened up a ticket for some time but still, have not received a valuable response from support team. 

Can someone help me, please? Thank you in advanced.

Can you retry setting up the SDP On-Premise Integration as per the instructions listed here in this document?
