Is there any specific reason to terminate your account?

Please follow the steps to terminate your account from Site24x7.

1. Login to the Site24x7 account.
2. Navigate to Admin -> My account -> Account Settings
3. Click on "Downgrade my account"
4. Choose Terminate my Site24x7 account
