Feature Request: VMware Monitoring - Importing Tags from vcenter

Hi,

In vcenter we can assign tags for a virtual machine. 

It would be great if it is possible to import such tags from vcenter into site24x7 automatically and displayed in the vmware machine monitor as well.

Either in the already existing tags line or as an extra information in the dashboard. But it should be searchable.

Hi Torsten,

Good to see you again. We can understand how important it will be to include VMware tags in Site24x7 monitors. We are happy to inform you that we are already working on this feature and the EU customers' community login issue.

I will update this thread once the feature is available.

Hi Trosten,

I'm happy to inform you that the "Sync VMware infrastructure tags with Site24x7 tags" feature is now live. This feature is supported from On-Premise Poller version 5.2.0. The On-Premise Pollers will be auto-upgraded to the latest version based on your Auto-upgrade setting.

To configure Auto-upgrade, please navigate to Admin > On-Premise Poller, click on the Settings icon available at the top right corner of the page, and choose Yes for "Auto upgrade the agent when a new version is available."
