We sometimes deploy a poller to locations where SSH or RDP are restricted. It would be very helpful if the Web GUI had the ability for a Site 24x7 admin to be able to trigger a restart of the poller agent. Even better would be the ability to restart the entire Poller OS, but I would settle for just the agent.
Since we can trigger a remote upgrade of the poller agent software, this would seem like an easy enhancement.
