We would like to have finer control on when SMS/phone alerts are sent.During the work day we get emails and alerts via Slack, so we don't need the SMS alerts. However, out of hours and weekends we want to have SMS alerts.

For example, on a work day (Mon-Fri) we want text alerts out of hours in blocks e.g. from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., then 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. On a Saturday and Sunday we want SMS alerts from 7 a.m to 11 p.m. Currently you can only have one block of time which applies to all days of the week.
