Executive Summary SLA Report Concern

Hi Support,

When we setup the the SLA Report and configure the custom Benchmark Response Time the same get updated in the view but when the same reports is published it again show only the default Benchmark Value. It is not picking the custom value. This is impacting our report sharing with the end client. Can we get some help on the same.

I would like to see the custom value in the published report and not the default Benchmark Value. Find attached the evidence of the same.
