Hello!
Is it possible to get an email notification during a resource check, especially a file content check? I have already read and setup the article www.site24x7.com/community/resouce-check-profile-trouble-or-down-alerts, but unfortunately I don't get a notification. The status changes from Available to Unavailable. If the status is Unavailable, I would like an email notification.

Hi,
To get an email alert when a resource checks fails, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to Site24x7 and go to Admin > Configuration Profiles > Threshold and Availability > Server Monitor Threshold Profile.
- Under Threshold Configuration, enable the toggle button to Yes to trigger an alert when a resource check fails.
3.Save your changes.
Once this is done, alerts will be triggered when a resource check fails. Hope this helps. You can also read our documentation to know more about each of the resource checks.
