Some of our systems generate alerts via email only.
Site24x7 already implements nice notification management
(that's one of the reasons we chose it), so why integrate another
service just for this feature?

We understand your requirement.
Right now we are not supporting third party down feeds. We would
like to understand more on this.
I would suggest to have API driven solution for such things, will
that work for you ?
If you still prefer EMail based system, can you share the template
of your email. How it should be parsed etc.
Those information should be helpful to have clear understanding of
your requirement.

Hi Raghavan,
the problem is some systems are limited in their
capabilities, so email is practically the only option.
A generic capability of parsing and handling of emails is nicely
outlined in PagerDuty's and OpsGenie's pages.
