We are excited to share that we have enhanced the security of our email automation feature in StatusIQ. As a result, the email addresses associated with your email automated components used for status updates and incident creation will be changed.
Starting from June 29, 2023, please be aware that your old email addresses will no longer work for status automation. To view the new email addresses for the components after the above-mentioned date, please follow these steps:
- Log in to StatusIQ.
- Go to the desired status page and navigate to the Component Summary section.
- Click on the hamburger icon ☰ and select Edit .
- In the Update Status via Email section, you will find the updated email address. You can use the refresh icon ↻ to regenerate the email address if needed.
Feel free to regenerate the email address whenever necessary to ensure a fresh layer of security. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@site24x7.com .
