Is it possible to Brand the custom dashboard for the customer by changing URL and add our logo icon?

Dear Mostafa,
Thanks for sharing your feedback. With our MSP edition you can CNAME to the customer domain and the customer logo can be used instead of the Site24x7 logo. This will rename the site24x7.com to a name of your choice where you can cname it your customer name and all the urls including custom dashboard will remain the same.
