Dear Site24x7 customers,
Today at 12.40 AM IST (23 May 2018) all the AWS accounts that were integrated via the Role ARN experienced unexpected downtime. On further inspection, we found that our principal AWS account that is allowed access to your resource got suspended due to a failure in the credit card auto-renewal process.
Our finance team has already paid the past-due payments manually and are currently involved in the process of reactivating our account. We're also trying to put in measures to make sure this kind of issue doesn't crop up in the future.
We'll update this post, once our account is reactivated. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Update: Our AWS account has been reactivated and our AWS monitoring service is back online.

We are in talks with AWS to get the details on how the renewal has got missed from our side. We will make sure that these things are avoided in future. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
