Thank you site24*7 for auto update status page feature, but i feel you should add few more option or feature for the status page. Here are the few suggestions.

suggestion 1. The message which you updating that does not have complete information   

                    Example: You message is "Intermittent access issue in -__________ Service for 2 Mins 52 Secs"

                    Here the question  raise for what time to what time service was down??? As the status page is for end-users so message should have clear.

suggestion 2. You should provide disable option for auto update status page or else you have to provide the option to modify the message because this message "Intermittent access                             issue in __________ Service for 2 Mins 52 Secs" not sounds good.

                                                                                                              If you give the edit template option then we can modify the message according to our requirement and In                          status page there should be two message 1. when server went down 2.  when server come up.

                    Example: 

                    1st message:

                    _________________ Services are currently complete outage. We are working toward resolving the issue on priority and will post updates as more information is available.                         Thank you for your patience.

                    2nd message:

                   ____________________ Services are back up and running! We have resolved the issue that occurred at 04:25 PM GMT till 04:54 PM GMT & during this time some                                     customers may  have  been unable to access their cameras. Thank you for your patience.
