I have some questions about alerting.
If i undestand well. There is only one way how to add monitor/server to alert group. Correct me if is it not right.
1. you have to create alert group
2. you have to assign server to the alert group.
What i need is assing monitor group to alert group. Is it possible?
From my point of view it is not possible. There is no such a option in monitor group setting.
Another thing, How can i easily recognize which monitors are under alert group? Only option ive found is look in the configuration for every server. In alert group setting i am able only add or delete users nothing more..
For last but not least. Dont you wanna create some kind of relatime online help? Waht i see there are lot of questions in forum which are not answered or are answered but after lot of days (reply after more then 24hour is slow.).

Hi Marek,
For the first part of your question, you can do it from Bulk Actions now.
Goto our Admin tab -> Inventory -> Monitors -> Click on Bulk Actions -> Modify AlertGroups -> Select your MonitorGroup -> Assign the Alert Group (See Attached screen capture). We don't have an option to assign alert group at the MonitorGroup now but we can bring it.
As for your second question,
We have our live chat (see attached site24x7_chat.png to know where its available in the client) where you can ask our support questions in realtime, we will be there to help you out.
Community is a place for other customers to interact as well. You can see users giving solutions to questions posted by different users. We ensure that we reply to posts at the earliest. But certain technical queries require clarification from the team which might have taken some time. Community itself is becoming a great source of help for us and for you the customer as well. I'm sure both of us will reap the benefit from it.

online chat is great, cause sometimes there are problems which need to be solved asap. My apologize, i did not notice there is a chat already.
I think option for assign monitor group to alert group would be handy but it is from my point of view. I understand it is dependent on demand.

If the intension is to notify Alert Groups when any monitor in a monitor group is down or in trouble the above method I mentioned will work.
