We've a problem with alert settings.

We've configure (see the attachment), but it not work very well.

Example:

we've configure that NOT send email in the week-end and instead we receive.

The support response:

Our apologies that the 'Alerting Period' and 'Don't Alert Me' settings in the contact page applies only to the Phone(voice) and SMS alerts. The email alerts are not controlled by these settings.

Hence, it is expected that the emails were triggered over the weekends. I understand that your requirement is not to trigger emails as well over the selected 'Don't Alert Me' days. I will forward this as a feature request to our team, so that we can consider adding it to our Product Road Map
