Is it possible to add a dynamic URL's when creating a new monitoring test?
The dynamic URL can contain a link to a knowledge base/website.
When a test fails an alert email is received. This email will contain a link (Dynamic URL)
to the knowledge base/website. So people can quickly navigate to a website
where a procedure is written how to solve the alert/problem.

Hi Robert,
We believe you would want to add help links in the alert emails.
You can customize the alert email template and add links and map them to each monitor. However, please note that the link should be static by nature, i.e., the link mapped to a monitor will be the same for all the up/down/trouble scenarios for that particular monitor.
