Hello
After a reinstallation of a Windows agent, the service does not start anymore.
The service ''Site 24x7 Agent Helper'' remains in ''Starting'' status and nothing happens.
Any idea on how to troubleshoot this case ?

Hello Nicolas,
This might happen if the server is highly loaded or the services do not have sufficient timeout period.
