This may  already be a feature although I can not find it anywhere.

Although we can manage user notifications method and what type of alerts they will recieve. If that user is sign in to there account via the app, the push notifications seem to under mine these settings.

For example...

If user "Joe.Blogs" is set up only to recieve the `Up` and `Down` alerts.

If they sign in to the app on there phone they would recieve a notifcations for `New Devices` and `Trouble Monitors` in addition to the preset  `Up` and `Down` alerts
