Adding automation template

Hi there,

I am trying to add automation template to site24x7 for rebook type of automation. The host is not in the list, even I could see the host under the server section.

Any insight on how to add to the hosts for reboot action execution is appreciated.

Hii Biruk,

Thanks for raising this. Can you specify the hostname that is not getting listed under Server Reboot IT Automation Template form?

Hi Pragadheesh,

It can be any host, I couldn't get it listed under the server reboot IT automation template. 

If you have done it before happy to hear how you have done it?

Hi Biruk,

From our end, the host names are getting listed in the server reboot IT Automation Template form.

Please ensure the supported agent versions for listing the hostnames are 18.4.0 & above for Windows and 16.6.0 & above for Linux. Read our documentation to confirm on the agent versions and upgrade the same.

If the issue persists, please mail us the hostname(s) at support@site24x7.com for further analysis.
