Add the owner and creation date on the Monitors page

It would be awesome to add the info of who created a Monitor, and when.

This is very helpful in our case, since we have a lots of Monitors, and a lot of user.

As of now, when a Monitor turns red, we can't know who to contact to look into it.

Dear Hakim,

We do have the monitor creation time. However, we don't have the details of the user who created the monitor, at the moment. We'll add this to our roadmap and bring it in. 

To see when the monitor was created, 

- You can navigate to the monitor details page

- Select the Inventory tab where you will have "Monitor Creation Time". Other "Inventory" related to Site24x7 is also mentioned here.

BTW, What do you look for when a monitor goes down from the person who created it?
