It would be great if an option exists in the slack integration that allows sending alarms to slack with an interactive message button.
For example if Site24x7 sends an alarm to Slack the message has an interactive button to "Acknowledge" the alarm.
This would be very helpful for teams.
And - if this is also possible - the response goes back to Site24x7 and assigns the technicians to the alarm.
Thanks for bringing it up here Torsten. I have added this to our roadmap. Will update here once we have a plan of action for this.
What other capabilities would you like to see as part of Slack enhancement?

Thanks Jasper!
The current Downtime in Unix format is very hard to read for humans ;)
And another cool feature would be an option to select between the current full alarm message and a nice shorter message in slack. Only state and reason. Or an option to select each message items.
Keep it up, Site24x7 rocks!
I understand Torsten. BTW, to make your life a tiny bit easier, we have a public tool that converts Unix formats into human readable time. Here is the link for it https://www.site24x7.com/tools/time-stamp-converter.html
Until we convert it ourselves you can use it to quickly check the timestamps not only for Slack notifications but also for other quicks checks. We have a lot of such helpful tools which you can check out here.
We'll have the short-and-sweet-messaging added to the our backlogs for Slack enhancements.
