Introducing Custom Reports.

You can now build tailor-made comparison reports for ad-hoc analysis. The latest Custom Reports feature allows you to compile precise metrics of your chosen monitors for specified time periods and generate a single easy-to-comprehend report.

Similar to other availability and performance reports, you can build custom reports for all your monitor types and analyze resource parameters like response time, CPU utilization, memory, and more. You can export the custom report to a PDF or create, view and delete all your custom reports as per your requirement, add new parameters to exisiting reports and do lot more.

You can now quickly compare and glean performance outliers and make troubleshooting a breeze. Watch this video tutorial that'll help you build your first custom report in no time.

Discover and monitor your Hyper-V environment.

Ensure continued functioning of your Hyper-V environment to manage virtualization solutions from multiple vendors, all in a single console. Gather metrics on hypervisor, VMs, processor, network, storage and more for both your host server and VMs.

  • Analyze active resource consumption, and manage the VMs based on CPU and memory usage to ensure adequate resource allocation for all your VM groups
  • Know the amount of cores that the virtual machine can see and use in a system and the rate of hypercalls made on the virtual processor
  • Monitor the health of virtual network adapters and virtual switch by knowing their bytes traversal and packets traversal per second
  • Analyze the disk usage of the entire Hyper-V environment as well as for each VM. Gain inputs on read/write/flush operations and the number of errors occurred on the virtual device
  • Set the startup, minimum/maximum physical memory that a VM is allowed to use and the total number of processors allocated to that VM

Introducing APM Insight Performance Reports

With this latest reporting feature in APM Insight, you can now view your application's performance over a wide range of time period - from last 24 hours to over a period of a year.

Let's say there has been an increase in sign ups for your product in the last couple of months and you see a lot of conversions happening, your product is making good revenue. But, how can you be sure that the increase in the number of users has not affected your application's performance. This can only be done by assessing your application's performance over that particular period of time.

With performance reports, you can observe your product behaviour for the past two months to check for an anomaly in your application. An increase in your application's throughput indicates an increase in your user base. On the other hand, an increase in average response time of your application for the same time period is a red flag on your application's performance. It signals that your application is not performing as per your expectations. In this scenario, increase in average response time may be contributed by various factors, namely, increased server load or increased database response time. In such cases, you can take proactive actions even before your users are impacted.

Additonal resource:

Improved AWS resource discovery with tag based support.

Simplify your AWS service discovery if you want Site24x7 to discover and monitor distinct resources running in your production environment using our tag based exclusion support. Now, you no longer are required to configure conditional expressions in your policy statement, or required to assign multiple service-specific policy documents for a targeted auto discovery.

Tag based support to exclude resource from discovery.

Leverage AWS native tags, system attributes and custom metadata in the Site24x7 console to actively exclude specific AWS resources from being auto discovered.

[AWS Monitoring] Support for cross-account IAM role.

Now you can setup a cross-account access between your AWS account and Site24x7's AWS account. In this case, you make Site24x7 assume an IAM Role that provides the necessary permissions to access your services and resources.

Security certification.

We are committed to providing strong levels of security assurance for our customers, partners, and our community. Our primary goal is to always ensure continuous protection that meets industry standards for confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data entrusted to us by our customers.

We are certified by ISO/IEC 27001, which is one of the most widely recognized independent international security standards. This certificate is awarded to organizations that comply with ISO's high global standards. We have also earned ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification for applications, systems, people, technology, and processes. Additionally, we are also SOC 2 certified, which is an evaluation of the design and operating effectiveness of controls that meet the AICPA's Trust Services Principles criteria.
