Different User Roles and Related Access Permissions

Site24x7 lets you have a control over the access level of the users and the administrator of an account can add multiple users by providing them with various access permissions.

The following are the roles which can be entailed to a particular contact:

Super Admin: The user who created the particular account will be the Super Admin by default. This person will have the complete operational and management control over that particular account created.
Admin: The Admin has all the privileges like the Super Admin, except for adding a new user, access to billing and user profile functions.
Operator: The operator will have read permissions to all the functions of that particular Site24x7 account.
Spokesperson: Spokesperson can post public and private comments via the Public Status Pages.
Billing Contact: Billing Contact will have access only to the Admin > Subscription > Billing.
Hosting Provider: This user will not have read/write access permissions to any other function except to schedule a maintenance under Admin tab.
