Apdex Setting

Set Apdex scores and communicate end user experience of your internet services in the language of the business.

Customize the Apdex thresholds

1. Click Admin > Report Setting > Apdex Settings
2. Specify the following details for Apdex Settings:
   • Website Monitor Threshold: Enter the response time threshold value for your website. 
   • Web Page Analyzer Threshold: Enter the response time threshold value for your web page analyzer.
   • Mail Server RTT Threshold: Enter the response time threshold value for your mail server RTT.
     
3. Click Save.
   
   Click Apdex Change History to find all the recently updated Apdex thresholds.
