Inventory Monitor View Enhancements

Hi Team,

It would be handy if we could filter by Monitor Group on the Inventory Monitor view in admin area. This would allow us to filter and then confirm at regular intervals that the notification profile and threshold profile are set correctly. I try using the search but as you can see that doesn't work exactly as needed do to profiles having similar name.

It would be handy if you could sort by the different columns.

In the older version of Site24x7 there was a view like this that also showed the "User Group" selected for the monitor. I have no way to tell this today without going through monitor by monitor. Can the User Group be added as a column to this view?

It would also be handy to be able to export this view to Excel. This way our delivery managers can edit and add notes in Excel for discussion in meetings.

Thank you for your consideration.

Regards,
David

Hello David,

We will support sorting based on any columns on the inventory view table soon.

Exporting monitors to excel is something we had already developed and will be available in a week or two.

The other two requests on better Group based filtering and listing User Groups associated to the monitor can be considered. I will let you know once we take this up.

Hi David,

Option to Export the monitors, along with configuration data, is live now. You can see this option under
"Admin -> Inventory -> Import/Export Monitors".

Here you have the option to Export all monitors or a specific set of monitors based on the Monitors Group or Monitor Type. You can select multiple monitor types/groups here.

Below image shows a sample on how you can export monitors based on multiple monitor types to a CSV file.

We will get back to you soon regarding the other requests.
