STATUSIQ, A TOOL THAT IS DESIGNED TO COMMUNICATE REAL-TIME INCIDENTS ABOUT YOUR SERVICE, IS PROVIDED TO YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT (HEREINAFTER "YOU" OR "YOUR") BY ZOHO CORPORATION (HEREINAFTER "ZOHO"), ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (HEREINAFTER "TERMS") IN ADDITION TO SITE24x7 GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE. USE OF STATUSIQ SIGNIFIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT PROCEED OR USE STATUSIQ IN ANY MANNER.
Accessing StatusIQ
StatusIQ is a part of Site24x7 Service. You will be able to access StatusIQ by using your account for Site24x7 Service ("Site24x7 Account").
StatusIQ Configuration
You may be permitted to configure your Status Pages to your convenience by inserting your company's name, brand, logo or other trademark, custom domain names for individual Status Page and custom email address for sending Notifications (collectively, "Your Configurations"). You are responsible for any and all claims with respect to Your Configurations .
Information Collected from Status Pages
Using Status Pages in StatusIQ, you can collect contact information of the Subscribers such as email address and mobile number ("Contact Information"). You can use the Contact Information to send Notifications about the Status Information to these Subscribers. You understand and agree that any information that is displayed on a Public Status Page is available for access to the public and Zoho shall not be responsible for any and all claims in relation to the use of such information.
By using StatusIQ
- You agree that your use of StatusIQ is solely for the purpose of communicating Status Information of the Components, either owned and/or controlled by you, to the End Customers. You acknowledge that your use of StatusIQ for any other purpose, other than as stipulated under these Terms, is an unauthorised use of StatusIQ and may subject your account to suspension and/or termination.
- You agree that you will not use StatusIQ for any illegal or improper purpose which may cause damage either to Zoho or other End Users. You agree to be solely liable for any damages incurred in connection with your illegal or improper use of StatusIQ.
- You agree that you will not publish any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any other party, while configuring your Status Pages.
Privacy Requirements
As part of your use of StatusIQ, you will have to post and abide by an appropriate privacy policy and comply with all applicable laws, policies and regulations relating to the collection of personal information from the Status Page End Users. You must not circumvent any privacy features that may form part of StatusIQ.
StatusIQ Widget Code
StatusIQ Widget Code is the code that is installed on your website for the purpose of publishing the Status Information in your website ("Widget Code"). Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, (a) Zoho grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-sub licensable license to install, copy and use the Widget Code solely as necessary for you to use StatusIQ on your website. You will not (and you will not allow any third party to) (i) copy, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise create derivative works of the Widget Code or the documentation; (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Widget Code, except as expressly permitted by the law in effect in the jurisdiction in which you are located; (iii) rent, lease, sell, assign or otherwise transfer rights in or to the Widget Code and the documentation; (iv) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Widget Code; or (v) use, post, transmit or introduce any software which interferes or attempts to interfere with the operation of the Widget Code.
Definitions
- "Status Pages" means and include both Public Status Pages and Private Status Pages that host the Status Information about the Components of your services.
- "Public Status Pages" means those Status Pages that are easily accessible to the public without any restriction on access to the Status Information
- "Status Page End Users" or "End Users" means those users / visitors who have an access to the Status Information in the Status Page.
- “Subscribers” means those Status Page End Users who subscribe to your Status Page in order to receive Notifications about the Status Information.
- "Components" means the functional units of your service, including but not limited to, your website, mobile application, APIs, servers and databases
- "Status Information" means and includes the information pertaining to (i) the performance metrics/status of the Components, (ii) Incident and (iii) upcoming planned maintenance of your Service communicated to the End Users via Status Page and Notifications.
- "Incident" means occurrence of an issue in one or more Components that results in the inability to access your Service.
