Any eta to have integration with Zendesk?

Dear Paulo, 

  We don't have zendesk integration yet. However, you can use webhooks integration with auto closure capabilities such as auto-closing of a ticket when the alarms is up again.

We really need this as well.
I know you can set up something with Webhooks but a direct integration would be fantastic considering you already have integrations with Connectwise and ServiceNow.
