Update Incident Title and Status Update fields in StatusIQ email automation

Right now, the Incident Title for the email automation says this:

 

{Component Name} is Down

 

There is no other status update message associated to it.  This is a very vague message and not so intuitive for the users to understand at all. 

 

I would like the option to create an incident via email with the following:

 

Incident Title: Email Subject

Status Update: Email Body
