Trouble Email Alerts - Should Display the Graph data based on the location concern

Because it's useless to see the graph from the Primary location, if its not the concern or the one has an alert.

Thanks for your feedback Mark. We will change the chart to include Response Time of all the locations. We will update you once the changes are available in live.

Hi Thillai,

Don't include Response Time from all the locations to the chart. Kindly just include the graph of concern location which is has an alerts, EXCEEDED on the threshold or DOWN.

For example:

Primary Location: Beijing - CHN

Monitor is in Trouble

Reason
Response time from Qingdao City - CHN exceeded 10000 ms.

so, the graph of Qingdao City - CHN should be the one indicated on the Trouble Email Alert, not the graph of the primary location (Beijing - CHN) which is not the concern. Because its useless to indicate the graph of primary location on the report, since at the first place its not the one that exceeded. Unless if the alerts is coming from Beijing - CHN location.

I hope my example will help you to figure out my concern and it will deploy to the production soon.

Thanks!

Also, instead of displaying the Last 3 days on the Performance Report, can you reduce it to the last 24 hours or 12 hours?

so, that it can easily to identify what's the exact time spike occur, so that the email alert already provided all information needed. No need to check to the web and to minimize accessing on the web once alerts received.

Hi Mark,

We would update the period to Last 24 hours. We hope Response Time chart for all monitored locations would be more helpful for comparison and also when the spike occurs from multiple locations.

Hi Thilai,

Thank you very much for your swift action on my concern. Yes, that would be helpful if your going to indicate on the report the multiple locations where the alerts/spikes came from. But please, do not include location who doesn't have alerts since it will give confusion. Kindly just include all locations where alerts/spike came from on the trouble email alert.

Thanks,
