I would like to create SLA report with multiple Business Hours with different timezones. For example PST to JST.

We also have a requirement for the exact same feature. We have customers across multiple continents and generating any reports uses the default timezone of the account. We have to export the raw data and then generate custom reports to accurately report on SLAs for our customer base. Our SLAs are essentially 99.99% Availability between 07:00 - 19:00 UTC+5. It's difficult to report across multiple time zones when the business hours are configured against one timezone. We have to end up splitting our SLAs for some regions into two 'business hours' to be able to gather the data we need. As mentioned above, we then have to perform all of our report generations outside out Site24x7.
