24 hours ago, just without making any change, as far as I know, monagent stopped sending any log info.

 

Executing "/etc/init.d/site24x7monagent restart" did not solve the problem

Checking file /opt/site24x7/monagent/logs/critical.txt I can see the following!

2019-06-25 05:20:18,496 Unable to get data for the zipAndUploadInfo object : <com.manageengine.monagent.util.AgentUtil.FileZipAndUploadInfo object at 0x7fd444990850> hence skipping upload

2019-06-25 05:31:21,051 Unable to get data for the zipAndUploadInfo object : <com.manageengine.monagent.util.AgentUtil.FileZipAndUploadInfo object at 0x7fd44444b650> hence skipping upload

2019-06-25 05:48:21,532 Unable to get data for the zipAndUploadInfo object : <com.manageengine.monagent.util.AgentUtil.FileZipAndUploadInfo object at 0x7fd444e4d210> hence skipping upload

2019-06-25 06:05:43,304 Failed to delete the file :/opt/site24x7/monagent/temp/monagent_upgraded.txt
2019-06-25 06:12:02,970 Unable to get data for the zipAndUploadInfo object : <com.manageengine.monagent.util.AgentUtil.FileZipAndUploadInfo object at 0x7f5122c73fd0> hence skipping upload

 

Any idea is welcome

 

P.S. I am unable to log in at the community - at all times I get response "We are unable to process your request"

1. All our Site24x7 services are working normally for the last 24 hrs. You can take a look at our services status in https://status.site24x7.com. Any blip in our services would be reflected here. For server monitor case you can look at Server service. 

2. We are also looking at the community login issue.
