Remote machine takeover?

Maybe the product could integrate with Splashtop or something similar to be able to remote control a windows machine directly from the app in case of issue?

I like the product but it is lacking a few features to be a full RMM solution (Remote control, patch management, AV monitoring, more helpdesk integrations)

Hi ,

Maybe the product could integrate with Splashtop or something similar to be able to remote control a windows machine directly from the app in case of issue?

We already have the feature to remote control a Windows machine from an app added in our road map. Please take a few minutes to answer the below queries to help us better implement the feature:

1. What kind of problems are your looking to solve on controlling the Windows servers from remote? This will help us in adding the issues in our server monitor's Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report?

2. Would you be willing to pay additional charges to Site24x7 for monitors that enable controlling from remote?

patch management

As of now, we don't have plans to implement patch management. But we are working on an enhancement that would intimate when there is a Windows update. Users can then perform the installation of the Windows update.

AV monitoring

Could you please elaborate on AV monitoring? What is the kind of vendor that you are currently using and if that AV will show up any Windows events?

more helpdesk integrations

We already have various third party integrations like ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand, ServiceNow, OpsGenie, ManageEngine AlarmsOne, Microsoft Teams, and more. Would you like us to add any other specific integration? If yes, please specify.

Regards,

Muralikrishnan
