I wanted to configure a recurring maintenance.

For example, I can configure a maintenance on the third tuesday of the month.

But I cannot configure one for the thursday following that third tuesday.

Use case: We have monthly updates on QA servers on tuesdays and updates on PROD servers later that week. The third thursday is not always following the third tuesday as it is the case in April 2020.
