only alert if both sites are down - asked by support staff to raise

We want to be able to monitor two SMTP services or websites, but only alert if both services are down

Hello,

You could edit the monitor and enable the option "Do high availability check mode for better SLA" for the SMTP monitor. If this option is enabled, an alert will be generated only if all the servers are down.
