I have some Windows Monitor Agents with issue reported in attachments.
I tried restart services, restart server, and monitoring still not working. I have similar issue in Windows 2008 and Windows 2012 OS Versions.
Someone faced similar issue before?

Hi,
Thanks for bringing in your query here.
We would suggest you to zip the entire
logs folder(<
Installation Directory
>\WinAgent\monitoring\logs) and
email the same to our Support portal(support@site24x7.com) so that we can help you
with the same and have the servers up and running.
