Network Monitoring stucks in the initializing process

hi,

I got a on-premise poller name RT-Carlos when i try to enable and get up de network monitoring the process stucks like in the next image.

 

Later on, the status get down.

I have been trying all the solutions in the site24x7 page i dont know what happen here.
