Log Report for Specific Date Range

Hi,

Currently the API call to get the log report has a filter of Date so the only data that we get is for that specific date. But we need to get the log report within specific date range. Is there a way to get this log report within a period of time?.

As of now, we do not support this feature. However, we will take it up going forward.

Any idea when this will be supported via the API? I see that the dashboard allows for custom dates already so the functionality should already be present.

Hi, 

The old dashboard is not driven based on the API's. The API driven new dashboard is only date based and so range support functionality is not currently available. Could you please tell us which date ranges you would be interested in?

I am evaluating the service at the moment on a trial and this is something that i see as a must. Atleast being able to select a date range, even if it's limited to say a month max.

Hi Guest,

We will provide date range selection in log reports page in a month time. Log reports will have data up to last 30 days, data older than that will not be available.
