How do I save a response.

On my site monitor I see

"Home Page is in Trouble" ...
"The String ""Exception" "SQLException" "Error"" is present in the response"

However when I look at the page it looks fine. I look at the page source and it doesn't contain any ot these strings. I try again and again and I never see any of them.

So what I really want to do is ask the monitor to save a few of the responses so I can see what is going wrong. So I can see the error that the monitor sees. How can I do this?

One of the support guys says this is not currently possible.

I have asked them to put it down as a feature request. It is frustrating to be told there is an error but not to be able to know what the error is.

Hello,

Generally, we will save the HTML response whenever there is a content failure and the same will be attached with the alert email. I request you to please send an email to "support@site24x7.com" with login email address and the monitor name. We will check and get back to you with our findings soon.
