Hi all, Im getting "Test playback failed - Script Syntax Error" almost everytim I try to add a new monitor. I added 2 without problema but now I cant. Any tips? Im missing something?

I am sorry to hear that you got Script syntax error while performing the Test playback.
I request you to click on the "Send Error Report" button which will submit the error web script to support@site24x7.com.

Yes I did, Is there any timeframe for the support team to take a look on the reports? ill get an answer over email?

Hello,
We thought we could keep you updated on your query. As per the details sent to us via support we found that, you have captcha set for your website which pops up before proceeding to the next page (as shown below).
Since we do not support Captcha, you are facing the error with the playback.
