Where can I find a document that details all data that is captured by the RUM monitor?

I've tried to search for information about the actual data that is captured by the RUM monitor when embedded in a web page and I can't seem to find anything. Our security team wants to review all the data elements that are captured by the RUM monitor and transmitted to Site24x7, could someone provide that information? Also, how long is the data retained/stored at Site24x7's data centers?

Is there a link to a privacy statement for RUM and Site24x7 in general.  That is to say,a privacy statement concerning our users that I can give to the legal department?
