I am quite impressed about the feature set of Site24x7, unfortunately UDP testing is missing badly, which is mandatory for us. Are there any plans to add those in the near future?

Hello,
Please let us know what protocol or service you need to monitor and we will look into supporting it specifically. As UDP is stateless, a generic UDP monitor isn't as straightforward as a TCP port monitor. For TCP, our Port Monitor (Custom Protocol) allows you to send commands to and monitor an arbitrary TCP port.
