Refresh Dashboard NOC Viewer

Good afternoon everyone. my NOC Viewer screen on the MSP tab does not update in my browsers or my TV's. The page stays static and for me to see some stuffing I have to update manually. On my TV's the screens simply expire the access and I have to log in again. My question is: How can I solve this problem so that the important information in my park is displayed correctly without the need for manual updating? Thank you

MSP - Home - Dashboards will get auto refresh in near future. It has been implemented and will be released once the testing is over.

Custom Dashboard - is already being refreshed every minute.

NOC View - is live. Any status change should reflect immediately, without any manual refresh. If you are facing any issue in that, contact our support.

we are experiencing exactly the same issue. Test may show as down but do not clear when service is restored. We are highly reliant on the dashboards and frustrated that the current information isnt reflected on the screens. Appears to be an issue on all browsers and OS that we are using. The last updated countdown timer appears to indicate a page refresh but it doesnt

Hi, 

Please check and let us know if you are receiving proper browser notifications on monitor status change if you have enabled notifications from Site24x7 in the browser.
If you are not receiving browser notifications in Site24x7 even after enabling, please check if the notifications are working fine in your browser by using this link: https://pushalert.co/demo

Also, let us know if the Home->NOC view is updated fine. 
We are unable to reproduce the issue at our end, please contact our support team if you are still able to reproduce the issue.

Alternatively, try using our 'Public dashboard' which gets refreshed once in every minute for the updated view. You can find this option under 'Share This' ->Make Public.

Any update fixing this update issue? Yes public dashboards appear to be fine (abet 1 min refreshes) but those of us who access within the Site24x7 find it immensely frustrating.   

I have come to the conclusion that the issue exists with all browsers (PC and MAC)

Appologies should have mentioned that notifications are working fine - dashboard doesn't change

Any update on this frustrating problem? not having accurate dashboards is a pretty fundamental requirement for a monitoring platform
