Hi
I have a VM ESXi host running VMware 6.5 and I can log in directly to the VM host with the monitoring account so I know the account is ok. However, when I configure site24x7 to monitor the host it fails with the error "
Cannot login monitoradmin@oxps-esx-hstmailto:-09.occ.local@10.200.231.100%22. The IP address of the on-site poller is 10.200.231.100 but site24x7 is configured to use the name "monitoradmin@oxps-esx-hstmailto:-09.occ.local@10.200.231.100%22". Why is it adding the @10.200.231.100 at the end and hence causing the login to fail?
Any ideas or help?

Hi Lan,
After checking your account, it seems like you've entered invalid credentials for ESXi host monitoring.
I could also see that you've lodged a support ticket, as well for this issue and that has been attended. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
