Customers Limits

Good afternoon. Could someone tell me how I can increase the limiter of customers in my account? Currently my account has 9 customers and I can not create more. I already passed some emails to the site24x7 support but without any response.

Hi,

We have increased the customer count to 50 for your account. We have also replied to your support mail informing you about the increase in customer count (You may have missed the mail unknowingly). Please check and let us know.
