I was informed 24X7 Synthetic monitoring only support's

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:45.0.247) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0.247

Because of this incompatibility, we are finding it hard for adding web transaction monitor's, Could you kindly inform when support for at-least one of the browser's will be available, Are there any work-arounds ?
